How AI usage works — in plain terms
| What's included | Every plan includes a monthly AI usage allowance: Starter $50, Growth $250, Scale $750 per month. An individual brief uses only a small fraction of it — the allowance comfortably covers normal deal work, and you can watch usage in your workspace at any time. |

| Sonnet vs Opus | Briefs run on Claude Sonnet by default. You can flip any run to Claude Opus (the premium model) for the hardest documents. Both draw from the same allowance — Opus simply uses it roughly 1.7× faster. One allowance, no separate meters, no surprise units. |
| What counts as overage | Only successful AI runs count — failed runs are never billed. If a month's runs exceed your allowance, only the portion above it is billed, itemized line-by-line on your next monthly invoice. Nothing is billed mid-month or by surprise. |
| What never counts | Document upload, extraction, storage, your team's usage of the platform, and our human review time are all included in the subscription — the allowance is purely AI model usage. |
